I’m Phyllis Pollema-Cahill.  My background is in graphic design and children’s book illustration.  I was a graphic artist and creative director for fifteen years.  I began illustrating full-time for children in December 1995 and have illustrated over seventy children’s books.  More details about my illustrations are at phylliscahill.com.  My degree is in illustration from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.

All my adult life I’ve enjoyed creating art for advertising or books which are printed on paper.  Jewelry is a new and exciting world to me because it’s three-dimensional!  In addition to offering my original, hand-crafted jewelry for sale, I also offer matted and framed prints of my watercolor illustrations and photographs from my travels.

My husband and I live in the Colorado mountains.  When I’m not creating, I like to read, garden, cook and travel.  French is my second language et vous pourriez m’écrire ou me téléphoner et on peut parler en français.
